FIELD: materials handling; dispensing of loose materials. SUBSTANCE: device has loose material storage with shutter separating storage from hopper. Hopper outlet is pointed to weighing mechanism. Vertical plate with two parallel rack drives is installed on vertical wall of storage above weighing mechanism. Vertical guide plate is secured on hopper. Ratchet drum is installed for displacement in top portion of vertical guide plate. Ratchet gears of drum come into engagement with rack drives Ratchet drum is coupled with shutter by wire rope and sheave. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 10 cl, 7 dwg
