FIELD: agriculture, in particular, potato plant care equipment. SUBSTANCE: hiller has shaft carrying central acute disk and spreading auger, supporting disks with spindle and ratchet gears. Pullers are fixed on pivotal pipes mounted on shaft by means of bearings. Outer ends of pulleys are provided with slots for receiving double-armed plate spring-biased to ratchet gear of supporting disk and equipped with ratchet gear fixed to its end. Hiller has two brackets with gear for moving it to working or transport position. Each of both brackets have lever mounted on bearings and provided with radial toothed gear. Pipe is attached to lever base so as to allow axial movement of pulley with pipe. EFFECT: increased efficiency in hilling plants and simplified construction. 3 cl, 19 dwg, 1 tbl
