Improved efficiency of treating is attained by reducing speed of reaction of acid with bed rock in high-temperature wells. For this purpose, compound for treating carbonate beds has such components as muriatic acid and acetic acid and additionally it has cation-active surface-active material and also acetone in following proportioning of components, mass%: muriatic acid 12-15, acetic acid 3-5, cation-active surface-active material 0.2-0.4, acetone 5-12, water - the balance.
