FIELD: petroleum and gas industries. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises isopropyl alcohol production waste from hydrolysis stage and sec. butyl alcohol resulting from hydrolysis stage in the presence of sulfuric acid from hydrolysis stage, the ratios of components being as follows (wt %): 7.5-15.0 sec. butyl alcohol production waste during hydration of butylene in the presence of sulfuric acid from hydrolysis stage; and isopropyl alcohol from hydrolysis stage, the balance. The present invention makes it possible to improve solubility of asphalt-resin-paraffin depositions containing up to 4.71% asphaltenes; up to 16.8% resins, and up to 65.56 paraffin. EFFECT: improved solution of asphalt-resin- paraffin deposits. 5 tbl
