FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: engine has housing with working surface made by movement of center of circumference over Cassino oval. Rotor has sliders hinge-coupled with pistons and provided with rollers at both sides, rollers being arranged in two-side races made in housing. Axes of rollers are displaced relative to axes of sliders to side opposite to direction of rotor rotation through value K < 0,5Hs. Center of rotor is displaced relative to center of working surface of housing to side opposite to direction of rotor rotation through values found from formula l0= l2(ρ-1)/2ρ where Hs is width of slider in rotor slot; ρ = e2/e1>1 is prolonged expansion degree; e1 is distance between outer surface of rotor and working surface of housing in suction zone; e2 is distance between outer surface of rotor and working surface of housing in zone of expansion.
