SUBSTANCE: rotary hydraulic pump has cylindrical housing accommodating a sleeve with diametric intake and outlet ports communicating with mixing chambers in housing and equal in length to side walls of through rectangular chamber on rotor end faces arranged at angle of 90 degrees relative to each other. Housing accommodates eccentric shaft engaging in rotor chambers with ring barrel-shaped pistons and seal arranged in central hole in rotor middle wall. Rotor middle wall at side of chambers is made with diagonally bevelled angles. Sleeve has diametrically opposite ports in middle equal in width to depth of bevelling of rotor middle wall.
