FIELD: mechanical engineering; designing of piston engines and compressors. SUBSTANCE: planetary engine-compressor unit has at least one cylinder, two-side piston arranged in cylinder and forming two working chambers and kinematically coupled with crankshaft by means of drive including gears and slider engaging with gears. Secondary compression tubular cylinder is installed in piston, and coaxial plungers, on covers. Crankshaft consists of two halves with planetary gear on each end crank. Shafts with transfer and distribution mechanisms are installed in middle and crankcase spaces of cylinder block. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 10 cl, 4 dwg
