FIELD: cooling and storage of food-stuff, mainly in aircraft galleys. SUBSTANCE: cooling system includes containers in whose walls pipe lines for heat-transfer agent are laid. Containers are arranged in aircraft galleys in sections where heat exchangers connected with refrigerating unit are mounted. Heat exchanger and at least one side of container have contacting surfaces located at maximum contact to ensure required heat conductivity. Heat-transfer agent receives cooling exergy heat exchanger and transfers it to container. Refrigerating unit may be made in form of vapor compression refrigerating machine or in form of sorption device. Control unit is connected to heat exchanger. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 15 cl, 5 dwg
