SUBSTANCE: biologically active composition is turned out in form of balm and contains aqueous extracts from plants, namely: cudweed herb, yarrow, celandine, thyme, wild majoram and St.John's-wort; mint leaves; pine-tree buds; pot-marigold and matricary flowers; fruits and/or leaves of horse chestnut; liquorice root; essential oils selected from the group consisting of peppermint oil, coriander oil, anise oil, fir-tree oil and camphorated oil; aqueous ammoniacal solution; glycerol; oleic acid and distilled water. Essential oils are used as flavoring and oleic acid - as cosmetic agents, and distilled water - as extract. Flavoring component is used in combination with tonic additives in amount of not more than 0.2% based on total weight of composition base. Components may be taken in various combinations and in various weight ratios. Also proposed is method for producing composition. EFFECT: broadened range of therapeutic action. 3 cl
