FIELD: plastic working of metals, in particular, manufacture of dies for cutting out and punching of large-sized parts from thin-sheet material. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing layer of synthetic resin on surface of sample-part; forming pressing surface and reinforced concrete base of matrix and punch by pouring filler into frames; forming cutting out punch and punching matrix from metal sheet and providing their working surfaces with cutting edges; fixing on mounting plate with following mounting on lower plate; making cutting out die, punch and pressing member-ejector from metal and mounting them on top plate of die. EFFECT: reduced die manufacture time, simplified manufacture process without usage of casting and copying-milling equipment. 2 dwg
