SUBSTANCE: rolling mill has rolling stand 2 made in the form of spatial multiple link device, top tool plate 7 and bottom tool plate 8, which are fixed on opposite sides of multiple link device on top pack 3 and lower pack 4 of stand 2, respectively, in guides 5 and slide 6. Top tool plate 7 is kinematically connected with roller bodies 9 through double-armed levers 10. Support points of double-armed levers are kinematically connected one with another through loaders.
