FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: derivative of polyolefin being copolymer of propylene and ethylene, mixture of rubber powder and dibutyl phthalate at their ratio 4:1, respectively, oligoisobutylene, chalk and technical carbon are mixed on mixer rolls. Rubber composition comprises, wt. p.: derivative of polyolefin, 65-75; dibutyl phthalate, 1-3; rubber powder, 4-12; chalk, 10-15; technical carbon, 1-5; oligoisobutylene, 2-5. Tensile strength of material is 16-18 MPa, water absorption is 1.3-1.5 %, cold resistance is (-36)-(-42) C, relative elongation is 35-42 %, relative elongation after UV-irradiation within 60 days is 25-36 %.
