FIELD: farming; production of heat, cold and mechanical (electrical) energy. SUBSTANCE: used as drive for heat pump is heat power plant working by thermodynamic Rankine cycle; unused heat and complete mechanical energy are used by heat pump and total generation of thermal energy (and cold) and mechanical energy is more than 1 since generation of mechanical energy is started after removal of heat delivered to consumer, thus involving part of ocean of thermal energy of surrounding medium into thermodynamic cycle. This is possible since energy of steam generated during supply of heat to steam boiler rises intensively with no consumption of mechanical energy, but if conversion of steam into mechanical energy in standard system of thermal power plants working by the Rankine cycle takes place due to availability of charge-free energy, proposed system ensures complete preservation of heat delivered beforehand and part of initial energy of steam due to compression of air in ejector with the aid of water steam owing to which kinetic energy of steam jet is again converted to thermal energy in ejector nozzle. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 19 cl, 1 dwg
