FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: used as working medium in open circuit of thermal pump including turbocompressor, its mechanical drive and heat exchangers is mixture of air with water at circulation in power unit and exchange of room off-grade air with fresh outside air at full regeneration of heat of off-grade air discharged outside. Degree of regeneration is controllable to maintain constant reduced delivery of turbocompressor at varying preset temperature potential of heat generated depending on second and weather conditions. In heating season, air from room is fed to compressor inlet and after turbine it is fed to domestic refrigerator and then it is discharged outside. In hot season, this air which is yet cold is fed to room after regenerative preheating and humidification including dust removal from the outside. Regenerative transfer of heat including that between vapors and gases kept under equal pressure, as well as preheating of water for domestic services and for heating system are effected in simple heat exchange apparatus where water is used as main or intermediate heat-transfer agent; water exchanges its heat and mass with vapors and gases at direct mixing by means of counter-flow, upwards supply of vapors and gases and downward supply of small drops of water, thus ensuring minimum temperature differential at heat exchange and consequently minimum losses of energy.
