SUBSTANCE: method involves analysis of information in accounting unit before accessing measured account data which are stored on disk and accessing disk data only when account data are measured, i.e. sectors for storing altered data to disk using user set for storing information for each sector into cards which correspond to sectors. If measured account data are received from user processor, then information about corresponding card is analyzed. If it lacks data, then measured account data are stored to corresponding sector for accessing disk content directly. If such data are present, then preliminary stored data are accessed and received measured account data are accumulated in user set and accumulated data are stored in each user region of corresponding sector.
