In addition device has buffer unit which is connected to interface unit of process and is designed for information buffering in order to achieve voice alarm using central processing unit. In addition device has digital signal processor which is connected to buffer unit and is designed for control of memory unit for voice with access to corresponding words and pauses when voice alarm command is received in order to play voice alarm message back. In addition device has unit which is connected to timer through information channel and is designed for output of voice alarm message to information channel under control of digital signal processor.
