FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing both side referees 3 and 4 with transceivers. One of side referees registers the moment player of attacking team moves ball to the zone of attack of his team and delivers signal by means of his transceiver to other referee. The other referee moving along side line of field registers only relative arrangement of players of both teams. The moment the signal supplied by first referee is obtained by second referee and in case of "outside" position of the player, second side referee signals to arbitrator of match by means of flag.
