FIELD: manufacture of building materials; control of cement pulverizing processes in tubular mill. SUBSTANCE: dispersivity of pulverized material is selected as adjustable parameter and its magnitude at outlet is preset; simultaneously time of delivery and discharge of material is changed; delivery and unloading are alternated with intervals; then ratio of delivery time to time of interval is measured; in case of deflection of preset magnitude of dispersivity, this ratio is changed; in case of increase of dispersivity, this time is increased through reducing time of interval or increasing delivery time and unloading time. EFFECT: reduction of specific power requirements; stabilized property of finished product; enhanced stability and controllability of process.
