FIELD: cement industry; methods of control and regulation of the process of grinding.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with cement industry, in particular with control and regulation of the process of grinding. The technical result is decreased specific power consumptions for the cement production and improved its quality. The method to control the process of production of the given strength class cement in a discretely-continuous operation grinder-provides, that two streams of clinkers are cyclically fed into the indicated grinder and then they determine the exergy of grinding of the indicated streams: where Ecem1is an exergy of grinding of the first stream; is an exergy of grinding of the second stream, where "a" is a share of a stream, is the time of its staying in the grinder, is a factor of discreteness equal to a ratio of a period of a grinding cycle to the time of feeding; preliminary determine the specific consumption of the electric power, which was used for grinding of the clinker of given composition - e(kWh/t), determine distribution of particles of cement by their sizes - DPS and an average size the particles - dav and an exergy of each of the indicated particles - EPe, then determine the given exergy of cement - Ecem using the following dependence: Ecem = Ecln + E(EPe) where Ecem is an exergy of the clinker on an entry in the grinder determined as the sum of exergies of minerals, E(EPe) is distribution of particles on exergies. Then they determine the given concentration of the exergies of the cement Ccem = Ecem /dav and the given value of a criterion of power consumptions - epc , that is . The indicated criterion is taken in the capacity of a controlled parameter. At that in the capacity of the controlled parameter they accept an exergy of the grinding of the indicated streams and determine criterion of the power consumptions of the produced cement and if its value exceeds the value of the criterion of the power consumptions for the given cement, then they increase a share of the stream of the clinker with the greater exergy of grinding.
EFFECT: the invention ensures decreased specific power consumptions for the cement production and improved its quality.
