FIELD: die casting of thermoplastics. SUBSTANCE: method of die casting of thermoplastics provides for preparation of thermoplastic melt, units injection in mould cavities, cold cure of melt in them and removal of moulded articles. A mould, whose all sprue channels are cooled, is used. All cooled sections of runner channels have an antifriction coating, having a thermoplastic melt friction coefficient providing for baffle flow condition of melt. In the direction of melt flow the friction coefficient of antifriction material decreases at a decrease of the cross-section area of channels. EFFECT: enhanced capacity of process and reduced reject of moulded articles. 3 cl, 1 dwg
