FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of heated moulds used for making articles from thermoplastic polymer materials. Technical result is achieved by a hot-runner mould for injection moulding of large-sized cylindrical articles from thermoplastic polymer material containing movable and fixed half-moulds. Fixed half-mould comprises heated injection bushing, heated pouring plate, forming male die, and movable half-mould comprises elements of forming matrix, support plate and ejection system. Forming male die at displacement relative to runner plates simultaneously provides cutting of tent moulding channel, arranged along perimeter of runner plates, and post-compaction of polymer material in shaping cavity. Movable half-mould is equipped with sensor to control its movement, providing for movement of forming elements of matrix by a controlled distance to seal melt in shaping cavity by force of closure of half-moulds. Heated injection bushing is made with radial channels and is placed in housing with annular groove connecting radial channels in heated injection bushing with separating running channels in heated runner plates.
EFFECT: higher surface quality, high strength of article and stability of its geometrical dimensions.
