FIELD: mechanical conversion of metals. SUBSTANCE: concentrate contains (in wt %): product of treating vegetable oil C₁₂-C₁₈-fatty acids by diethanolamine at 130-150 C, 20-40; mineral oil, 19-40; glycols, 13-44; polyoxyalkylated alkylphenol with 4-6 oxyethyl groups, 0.4-4.0; alcohol; and, additionally, interaction (95-105 C) product of boric acid with alkanolamine, 4-25; C₁₂-C₂₀-fatty acids, 2-6. According to invention, as alcohol, 0.5 to 6.0 wt % of C₃-C₇-fraction of lower primary alcohols is utilized. Concentrate may also include 15 to 30 wt % water and 0.05 to 0.20 wt % of foam suppressor.
