FIELD: metal working.

SUBSTANCE: proposed concentrate contains the following components, mass-%: mineral oil, 15-20; product of condensing non-saturated fatty acid and 2.2'-imino diethanol at mole ratio of 1 :(2.5-5.0), 16-28; fatty acids of vegetable oils of fraction C₁₂-C₂₀, 1-5; glycols, 2-6; polyoxyethylated alkyl phenols, 0.1-4.0; product of interaction of acid ester of boric acid and alkyl amines, 15-26; bisubstituted aliphatic ester of phosphoric acid , 1-7; anti-foaming agent, 0.05-0.3; the remainder being water.

EFFECT: improved sanitary characteristics of concentrate; enhanced resistance to hardness salts at retained high anti-corrosion properties and biostability.
