FIELD: liquid flow purification technology. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in systems for purification of urban and flood effluents. In device before differential stage installed in passage through which liquid flow is passing, are straining partitions with scrapers. Each partition is made up of sections mounted in framework. Each section accommodates post with slot, and located in it is comb with spacing between teeth equal to 0.5-30 mm. Free ends of section are directed in liquid flow and overlapping comb of section following after it and/or screen of mechanism for catching and removing mechanical impurities at least by 0.5 mm with distance between combs and/or screen not exceeding clearances between teeth of comb. Teeth of comb can be made of profiled material of trapezoidal or round or semi-round or triangular cross-section. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 5 dwg
