FIELD: sewage treatment equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device has grate with filtering web composed of several plates supported by partitions, rakes, bearing combs with cleaning teeth and drive. Bearing combs are fixed to two continuous chain arranged on pairs of chain sprockets. Partitions are self-cleaned and have fish-shaped cross sections. Partitions are provided with two-step deflectors for waste water flow deflection arranged from both sides thereof. Rakes have combs with cutting teeth and teethed resilient scrapers. Comb with cutting and cleaning teeth are alternately placed separately on different rakes. Deflectors are made as two round surfaces. One round surface is arranged in front partition part, another one is located in rear partition part. Front partition part is wedge-like and has rounded top directed towards waste water flow. Cutting teeth and scraper teeth spacing is equal to that of cleaning teeth. Resilient scrapers are installed between combs and rakes.
