FIELD: communication. SUBSTANCE: method involves splitting blocks which correspond to different signals into pieces so that corresponding real pieces of all signals are processed simultaneously, detection of maximal permissible noise for each piece using specific reception model, calculation of required total transmission power, calculation of distribution of maximal possible transmission power for each separate signal using total possible transmission power and actually required total transmission power, encoding and transmission of each signal which power corresponds to calculated value.
