SUBSTANCE: salient feature of invention consists in transmission of coded signals with low quality and speed of transmission of bits on the one hand and coded signals with high quality and speed of transmission of bits on the other hand into decoder while coding sound signal. First sound signal with low speed of information transmission in bits per second is coded and arrives at decoder before additional coded signal only or together with first coded signal after its decoding forms decoded signal of high quality inside decoder. Thus it is possible for decoder to form low-quality decoded signal before decoding of high-quality signal. EFFECT: increased noise immunity. 10 cl, 2 dwg
