Rotor is made in form of impeller of centrifugal double-suction fan divided into two parts by spreading disk with spreading blades on its upper and lower surfaces. Rotor and circular knockout deck plates secured on housing and taper screen provided with bottom and suction branch pipe form two-circuit crushing chamber at ratio of flow rates through inner and outer circuits more than one. Inlet of crushing chamber may be provided with taper working members with calibrated space between them in their lower portion.
