FIELD: automatic control engineering; utility gas supply systems. SUBSTANCE: controller has case 1, inlet and outlet chambers 2 and 3, saddles 4 and 27 engageable with control and shut-off valves 5 and 6, respectively. Servo drives 7 and 19 and safety shut-off device 8 have identical functional parts: pressure-setting elements 9, 13, 20, control chambers 10, 14, 21, sensing comparison elements 11, 15, 22, transfer mechanisms 12, 16, 23. Outlet chamber 3 houses saddle 17 with valve 18 coupled with outlet of second servo drive 19. Intermediate cavity 28 is provided between saddles 17, 4 and case 1. Pulse tube 24 provides for communication between outlet chamber 3 and control chamber 10 of first servo drive 7; pulse tube 25 provides for communication between control chambers 21 and 10 of servo drives 7 and 19, and pulse tube 26, between control chamber 21 of second servo drive 19 and control chamber 14 of safety shut-off device 8.
