FIELD: apiculture. SUBSTANCE: beehive has frame free of lower bar, with rigidity of attachment of frame walls being provided by means of two spacers. Each spacer fastens frame upper bar to one of two side planks, at a distance from right angle apex. To install spacers into frame, they are put in offset relation to longitudinal plane of symmetry of frame. It enables beewire and artificial foundation sheet to be reliably fastened. Casing for such frames has height of space under frame to be at least 50 mm. Bee-entrance is positioned in front wall above bottom at level exceeding height of mentioned space by 10-40 mm. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
