SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out segmental resection of osteomyelitic focus within the healthy tissues area and bringing together tubular bone fragments by one half of permissible limit value valid for the given segment as single action. Controlled displacement of tubular bone fragments in more close position is carried out after blocking soft tissues inflammation to exclude neurovascular disorders development. Diastasis remaining after bringing the bone fragments together is- substituted by controllable shifting fragment subjected to osteotomy with preliminarily dissected cicatricial tissue in the defect-diastasis zone. After fragment subjected to osteotomy coming into engagement with the opposite fragment, compression of the fragment subjected to osteotomy and the opposite one is concurrently carried out and distraction in the regenerate zone until the anatomical length of the limb segment is repaired.
