FIELD: device for mixing turbulent flows of liquids or gases. SUBSTANCE: mixing chamber includes manifold and housing whose side surface is provided with holes where branch pipes are fitted; these branch pipes are immersed in flow section of housing. Inlet holes of branch pipes are located on their side surface coaxially relative to branch pipes; mounted on their outside are cylindrical bushes provided with inlet holes corresponding to inlet holes of branch pipes; union nuts are arranged inside manifold. At one end, branch pipes are blanked off with plates closing the cross section of bushes; these plates are movable in axial direction; inlet holes of bushes and branch pipes are located in manifold.
