FIELD: equipment for mixing two continuous flows of media. SUBSTANCE: mixing apparatus has housing of rectangular section, nozzles fixed in openings made in housing wall and submerged into housing part through which liquids flow. Inlets of nozzles are disposed in collector cavity. Cylindrical inserts positioned in axial alignment with nozzles are adapted for connecting housing with auxiliary collector. Insert has openings in its side surface. These openings are disposed in cavity of main collector and correspond to nozzle inlets. Nozzles are mounted for axial movement and are closed at one side by plates overlapping insert sections. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
