SUBSTANCE: device has oscillator of electric oscillations connected with power supply source and acoustic radiator with vibrator made in the form of piezoelectric ceramic element. Oscillator of electric oscillations is made in the form of source of acoustic oscillations of swinging frequency within frequency range of $$$. Maximum size of acoustic radiator equals 0.6-0.8 of wave length for working range medium frequencies $$$. Device body has platform carrying metal plate with piezoelectric ceramic element and secured in it with the help of mechanical lock. Radiating surface of acoustic radiator is sealed with material hydrophobic to washing fluid within the working frequency range. Radiator may have at least two vibrators whose metal plates with piezoelectric elements are located on platforms on device body and secured by means of mechanical lock. Radiator may be made in the form of piezoelectric ceramic disc, cylinder, truncated cone, spherical segment whose geometric sizes are related by corresponding relations. In all these cases, outer surface of vibrator is sealed with material hydrophobic to washing fluid within the working frequency range and is sonoluminescent. Platform for support of metal plate may be made in the form of spherical segment. Weight of radiator body shall exceed at least three-fold the weight of metal plate.
