FIELD: washing of linen and underwear. SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of washing with washing fluid. Washing fluid is exposed to activation, by application to washing fluid of acoustic field with frequency of 4-20 kHz and vibration intensity of 0.002-0.1 W/sq. cm. The given, intensity corresponds to precavitational mode of acoustic vibrations. This makes it possible to manufacture small-sized and portable acoustic radiator. Washing efficiency is determined and reaches 40%. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl
