FIELD: repair of aviation equipment; industries employing gas-turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: repair of engines, restoration of guide vanes assembly consists in preliminary removal of carbon deposit and residue of protective coats, revealing of worn blades and those which are not worn, after which acid-resistant coat is applied on areas where blades are connected with housing and guide vanes assembly is treated with solution containing nitric acid, acid manganese phosphate and sodium metatellurate till soldering alloy connecting the worn blades with housing is completely dissolved; then worn blades are dismantled and new blades are mounted in inert medium.
