FIELD: stereophonic sound reproducing systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes source of stereosignal, first and second low-pass filters, first and second signal adders connected to source of stereosignal. System also incorporates device that controls delay of signals of left and right channels which controlling input is connected to output of gear determining angular position of head of listener. Input of gear determining angular position of head of listener is connected to receiver of reference signal mounted fixedly on head of listener. Source of reference signal is so arranged that its position does not depend on position of head of listener. EFFECT: simplified design of system, increased authenticity of transmission of sound picture. 5 cl, 4 dwg
