FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: hand-held planter has casing with device defining cell for seeds and container with seeding device. Planter is further provided with two devices defining cells for fertilizer and positioned in symmetry. These devices may be repositioned so as to change distance relative to central device defining cell for seeds. This device is shorter than devices defining cells for fertilizer. Apparatus allows fertilizer to be applied simultaneously with seed sowing. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and simplified construction. 2 dwg
