FIELD: fire-fighting equipment employing reactive flow of gas turbine engine for fighting fires, in particular, forest fires. SUBSTANCE: main engine is used in the form of turboprop engine and turbojet engine is used additionally to increase power of the plant. In this case, blades of propeller of turboprop engine are set to position with which reverse thrust is produced equal in value to jet thrust of engines or close to it. Nondelaying system and turning of engine in various planes makes it possible to employ the plant on various transportation facilities including helicopters, that in its turn, improves it mobility and efficiency of fire fighting including use of the offered plants in remote and difficult-to-access regions.
