SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of air-jet engines that combine the advantages of turboprop engines and turbojet engines that operate efficiently in a wide range - from zero to supersonic speeds up to Mach 2, and which can be used for long-range supersonic highly efficient and reliable aviation, providing high efficiency, economy and reliability in the aircraft speed range of 0-800 km/h, and high efficiency with a specific impulse equal to 3000 at aircraft speeds in the Mach 1-2 range. One common air compressor driven by the gas turbine of the turbojet engine is used to ensure the efficient operation of the turboprop engine during take-off, landing, reaching flight speeds up to 800 km/h and to ensure the efficient operation of the turbojet engine during flight stages above 800 km/h and supersonic speeds of Mach 1-2 with the turboprop engine switched off.
EFFECT: high efficiency, economy and reliability in the aircraft speed range of 0-800 km/h, and high efficiency with a specific impulse equal to 3000 at aircraft speeds in the Mach 1-2 range.
