FIELD: separation of dispersed granulated materials and/or liquid phases from liquid mixture. SUBSTANCE: properly treated feed pulp is fed to a tray, from which it is distributed to a chamber for formation of flow in the form of a pulp layer. The chamber is furnished with a gutter, through which uniformly distributed pulp layer is drained onto an inclined plane feeding it to a mixing duct. Recirculating pulp from the bath is also fed to the mixing duct through a circulation gate, which forms it into a layer of pulp. A number of jets of clean liquid accelerates the thin gas blankets and delivers an impact between the pulp layers causing an intensive agitation of all flows in the mixing duct. A high speed of shift produces a turbulence of high intensity and breaks the gas into very small bubbles. The flow of multiphase mixture is discharged from the mixing duct into the bath, where it flows past one or greater number of longitudinal stabilizing partitions. Gas bubbles with hydrophobic particles adhered to them are lifted to the liquid surface and deflected by guide devices for deflection of bubbles towards the bath, where foam is discharged. The foam layer is displaced to the drain, where foam is removed. Remaining pulp is removed through the drain from the exhaust tray to the next flotation machine or process stage. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 23 cl, 3 dwg
