FIELD: applicable for fastening the doors of various rooms. SUBSTANCE: the lock case accommodates a locking bolt having the shape of a cylinder, and at least a single boss on the working end. The latch has an inlet corresponding to the shape of the cross-section of the locking bolt working end. The locking bolt position mechanism is made as a bolt having openings that accommodate spherical heads of pins linked with the locking bolt, guide slot that accommodates the pin linked with the case, and surface of engagement with the locking mechanism dog. The surface of engagement has a shape at which the dog shifts the bolt in parallel with the locking bolt axis, and at the end of the stroke - perpendicularly to it; the locking bolt is in translational motion and turns relative to its axis at the end of the stroke, the locking bolt working end takes a position turned relative to the inlet in the latch, which prevents withdrawal of the locking bolt from it at an unauthorized opening of the door by squeezing it out from the frame. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 5 dwg
