FIELD: hardware. SUBSTANCE: lock has body, at least one latch, latch positioning mechanism including bolt having working surface with rectangular projections, and tongue with locating hole and four protrusions, cylinder mechanism with key, devices for retaining key and blocking latch in extreme positions. Cylinder on tongue is positioned in axial alignment with locating hole and is adapted for engagement with working surface of bolt for orienting it relative to tongue. Device for fixing key in extreme positions has two additional projections adapted for engagement with two protrusions on tongue. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
