FIELD: bore-hole drilling machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this particularly relates to drilling prospecting bore-holes. Device for taking samples of drilling sludge has drilling bit 1, above-bit adapter 2, perforated body 3 with internal drilling sludge receiver 4 and they are formed by upper partition 5 and lower partition 6 connected to each other by circulation pipes and drilling sludge pipe 9, and also by shell 7. Installed in upper partition 5 is collector 16 which accommodates marked indicators 17 and spring-loaded pusher 13 with slot located against outlet hole of collector. Pusher is made axially movable. During drilling, circulation of drilling fluid is effected through circulation pipes, adapter 2 and drilling bit 1. Rock ground broken by drilling bit and being in the form of drilling sludge is carried partly into annular space, and larger part of drilling sludge through passages in adapter 2, drilling sludge pipe 9 goes to vessel of drilling sludge collector 4 where it is settled down. During pumping of drilling fluid, pusher 13 is found in extended position and by its cylindrical surface it closes indicator in lower part of passage in collector 16. After driving through certain interval, drilling and circulation of drilling fluid are discontinued. Pusher 13 due to action of spring is raised and slot in pusher stops against outlet hole of collector and indicator rolls out from it into aforesaid slot. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 6 dwg
