FIELD: heating systems and hot water supply systems for low buildings and industrial buildings supplied with heat from heat generators with built-in water heaters. SUBSTANCE: mounted in upper portion of expansion tank-heat accumulator 6 is partition 8 which separates water chamber 9 of tank 10 from hot water chamber 7; hot water chamber 7 is provided with tubular water heater 11 of hot water supply system whose inlet 12 and hydraulic seal 13 of heating system are brought out to tank 10 from hot water chamber 7 through partition 8; outlet 14 of water heater 11 is connected with supply pipe line 15 of solar energy collector 17 and supply pipe line 16 of hot water supply system and tank 10, supply pipe line 4 of heating system is connected with tank 10 through check valve 18, hot water chamber 7 and heating system through ejector 21 and adjusting valves 19 and 20; pipe line connecting outlet 14 of water heater 11 of hot water supply system with tank 10 and inlet of solar energy collector 17 is provided with circulating pump 22; hot water chamber 7 has gas duct 23 whose inlet is connected to smoke passage 25 in heating shield 26 communicated with outlet of combustion chamber of heat generator 1 with built-in water heater 2; outlet of gas duct 23 is connected to diffuser 29 in smoke duct 27 before chimney stack 30; adjusting smoke dampers 31 and 32 are fitted in gas duct 23 and smoke duct 27 before diffuser 29. Adjusting valves 19 and 20 are used to control flows of water in heating system and hot water chamber 7; adjusting smoke dampers 31 and 32 are used for control of flows of hot flue gases in smoke duct 27 and gas duct 23. Position of gas duct 23 in gas route of heat generator 1 after water heater 2 of heating system in way of flow of flue gases makes it possible to recover heat of flue gases within entire heating season. When no water is taken from hot water supply system, temperature of heated water in hot water chamber 7 is above that in supply pipe line of heating system; water which is heated to higher temperature is ejected from chamber 7 into supply pipe line 4 by means of ejector 21. Hot water may be prepared in solar unit due to solar energy. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 dwg
