FIELD: decentralized heating and hot water supply to low-storied residential and production buildings. SUBSTANCE: combined heating and hot water supply system has surge tank-heat accumulator with built-in water heater, ejector, feeding pipe-line of additional hot water supply circuit, temperature controller with temperature-sensitive element, throttling washer throttling (diaphragm), actuator valves, non-return valve, thermometer. Lower part of water heating space of surge tank-heat accumulator is connected to feeding pipe-line of heating system via actuator valve, throttling washer, temperature controller with temperature-sensitive element installed in feeding pipe-line of additional hot water supply circuit and to return pipe- line of heating system via actuator valve and non-return valve installed in bypass of pressure line. Upper part of water heating space of surge tank-heat accumulator is connected to return pipe-line of heating system via actuator valve and ejector, outlet of ejector being installed in return pipe-line of heating system and linked to inlet of water heater of heat generator and to suction pipe-line. Ejector is connected via actuator valve to upper part of water heating space of surge tank-heat accumulator. Temperature-sensitive element and thermometer are mounted in zone of inlet of ejector suction pipe-line, on upper part of water heating space of surge tank-heat accumulator. Technical result of invention consists in increased efficiency of usage of heat saved thanks to utilization of heat of hot flue gases, extraction of heated water from feeding pipe-line of heating system and its transfer to water heating space of surge tank-heat accumulator for additional heating of water to required temperature due to burning of fuel saved in heating system in furnace of heat generator of system for utilization of heat for hot water supply. Fuel is also saved in hot water supply system owing to utilization of heat of hot flue gases. EFFECT: increased efficiency of heating and hot water supply system. 3 dwg
