FIELD: fiber-optic transducers of physical values. SUBSTANCE: excitation channel and channel of data interference take-off are combined and made as fiber-optic laser one face of which is coupled to microresonator reflecting surface, and the other is output face. Microresonator reflecting surface is made as microcantilever. At definite power of optical radiation of fiber-optic laser, length of Fabry-perot interferometer and laser wave length continuous lateral acoustic oscillations are developed in device at frequency depending on dimensions and type of microresonator. Acoustic oscillations modulate optical radiation of fiber-optic laser at resonant frequency of microresonator. Modulated radiation of fiber-optic laser passes from output face of light guide to photoreceiver connected electrically to data processing unit. EFFECT: improved construction. 1 dwg
