FIELD: manufacture of fiber-optical converters of physical quantities, for instance, temperature, pressure, acceleration, with use of micromechanical resonators excited by light. SUBSTANCE: self-oscillating mode with oscillation frequency F coinciding with resonance frequency of i-th mode of oscillations of microresonator fi=F, where i=1, 2, ..., m , settles as result of action of measured physical quantity independent of type and parameters of microresonator. External action on microresonator changing its resonance frequency leads to change of frequency of self-oscillations in accordance with relation F=fi. EFFECT: design of converter based on laser. 3 cl, 11 dwg
