SUBSTANCE: device incorporates metal cylindrical vessel housing electricity generating elements of tested thermal emission assembly and system of calorimetric sections located on outer side surface of vessel along positions of elements of assembly and composed of thermocouples. Boundaries of sections match boundaries of elements of assembly. Electric heaters increasing accuracy of determination of heat power of tested assembly electrically insulated from vessel and sections are placed between vessel and each section.
