FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is provided with hollow cylindrical sleeve telescopically embracing moving-part shroud of connector and flange mounted on cylindrical sleeve between two annular beads on its external surface spring-loaded to the latter; spring is located on connector side relative to flange which is fixed to case of piece of equipment. Moving-part shroud of connector is made in the form of stepped cylinder with smaller-diameter step facing connector and has cylindrical tube to pass cable on butt end of larger step coaxially to connector. Inner surface of mentioned hollow cylindrical sleeve contacting cylindrical surface of larger step of shroud has annular shoulder and annular stop with annular drilling inbetween that is joined with seat to receive pyrotechnical pressure source.
